To gain information on what my audience what’s to see so I did a form which asked 9 specific questions to allow me to see exactly what people want for a enviromental awareness video.

Question 1

I chose this question as it allowed me to see other peoples perspective on nature. Some think of water and some think of trees but I want to make my video have every single aspect listed above to match their perspective with my video.

Question 2

I asked this question so I could understand what peoples perfered image of nature is and with the answers that have gained I now know what shots to film to make the best video for my audinece.

Question 3

Pacing of a video is one of the most important features in film. This is why this question is crucial. Some people like slow paced and some like a mix but most think it depends of the visuals which means my orignal plan of going from slow to fast with contrast compliments my audiences preferences perfectly.

Question 4

Every person thinks that industral enviroments has a negative effect on nature meaning my contrast trastion will have an emotive effect.

Question 5

Most people believe that a qwick trasition from nature to an industral scene will have a strong contrast and some think the audio must change aswell which is what I’m planning on doing.

Question 6

I am planning on using all of these for audio but its good to see peoples opinion on what works best. The most preferred audio is water which mean I’m going to adjust my plan and make a scene with water. And from these results I will be using all of these but maybe leaning away from insects.

Most people want all of the audio effects that I have listed so I will be using every one on the video and mixing them together to create a overwelming effect to create a negative emotion on the industral scene.

Question 8

Most people like this effect so I will use it in my video and most people think it depends on the editing so I’ll make sure to make the editing perfect for this gradial trasition.

Due to most people wanting a shot of a feild with a meaningful message that will be what I will do which is great because that is what I was already planning on doing.

Overall Refection

These questions have been really informative and helpful to let me know what my audience wants as the most important thing is that the video is enjoyable. I have learned thing like how I need to add sceens as people want them and that some of the scene I have already planned, people want to see that which reasures me that I’m making something that people want to watch. Overall, This has been a very helpful piece of reaserch for the video.
